IRENE McKELVEY is a certified yoga teacher since 2004, and she has been practicing yoga since 2000. She studied with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at the best Yoga School in Santa Barbara California, USA, The White Lotus Foundation. She did several workshops throughout USA, in New York City at Jivamukti School and Om Studio and in Lenox at Kripalu. She has been teaching in the USA, Mexico and Europe for the last 12 years in yoga studios, private classes and hotels.Her style is a mixture of Power Yoga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, lots of strength and sweat, but also alignment and flexibility. Yoga is freedom and release, and she is here to help others find this release so that they can comfortably move their bodies through life. Her hope is that her students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
ELI SUNDAY ANNE escaped the 8-4 teaching job by embarking on a two year-long solo journey through Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Eli has been practicing Satyananda Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra since 2008, along with Vipassana and Tibetan Mahayana meditation, both in Myanmar, India and Nepal. Mother India embraced her: she found herself immersed in her studying, meditating, and practicing with teachers from the traditional to the unconventional, amazed at how the practice alleviated the stresses of corporate life and helped achieve a personal balance. She completed her 200 hour multi style training with Siddhi Yoga and Guru Mahi in the Himalayas and has been teaching in Nepal, Italy, Oman, Zambia and South Africa in yoga studios and private classes. By combing asana, meditation, pranayama and dance, Eli provides an opportunity to encourage growth of the physical and spiritual self.
